Who are my clients?
What do they do?
What do they like?
Are they millennials who speak the language of the fast and furious or are they senior citizens who believe slow and steady wins the race?
What are their soft spots? Success, children, fashion?
Where do they spend most of their time online? Instagram, LinkedIn, Linda Ikeji’s blog, Bella naija weddings, nairaland?
These (and many others) are questions to ask so as to arm yourself with the right information to craft your messages in a way to catch the attention of those you seek with your products and services.
