The Federal Government of Nigeria discovered that many small businesses fail within 3 years of startup. Not because the owner doesn’t have fantastic ideas or lack of skills but because of a knowledge gap. This necessitated the partnership between the Federal Government, United Nations Industrial Development Organisation UNIDO, and Hewlett-Packard HP, to appoint and equip institutions to train small business owners in the art and science of practical, 21st century business management.
She learns here, is one of those few institutions spread across the country.
